In the
Release & Renew workshop, we’ll talk about the 
importance of the fascial network
and how rolling is one of the most effective ways to communicate with our nervous system.
We will explore your body's "blind spots" to prevent injuries and help your body function better.
And you get to keep a pair of Tune Up therapy balls or a COREGEOUS ball to take with you so you can do these rollouts whenever you need.

In the Diaphragm Diving workshop we discover how your breath is the great integrator of multiple 
body systems and makes connections between the diaphragm, the vagus nerve, fascia, brain, and CORE MUSCLES. Breath gives your body its form, power, vitality and recuperative ability. 
More importantly, it enables you to shape your health, performance, recovery, and stress regulation. 

Shoulder Savvy: Unlocking Range and Reducing Pain
This hands-on workshop is designed to empower you with the knowledge and techniques to improve shoulder mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries. Whether you're dealing with tightness, discomfort, or restricted movement, this session will teach you effective strategies to unlock your shoulder’s full potential.


All About the HIPS: Mobility for Strength and Flexibility 
This workshop is designed to improve hip mobility, flexibility, and strength. It focuses on exercises and techniques that target the hip area, which plays a vital role in overall body movement and posture. 
Ideal for anyone looking to improve their flexibility & boost strength..

Free Your KNEES 

In Canada, there were 58,443 knee replacements performed in 2021 - 2022. A higher proportion of these were performed on women. The main reason for the surgery was Osteoarthritis.
Whether you are on the prehab or rehab side of this surgery, or whether you have chronic pain in one or both of your knees, this workshop is for you. Enjoy self-massage excursions into the tissues surrounding your knee and exercises to help your knee play better with its neighbours, the ankle and hip.
