At the age of 17,  42 yrs ago,  I blew out my knee while skiing. This was pre MRI days so we didn't know the full extent of the damage. That resulted in 3 major reconstructive surgeries and 3 minor surgeries over the last 42 years, ALL ON THAT SAME KNEE!!
I'm 59 now and although they are a few things I can't do, there are so many things I can.
The Roll Model Method is one of the practices that keeps me out of daily pain, and allows me to do what I do.
